OUR COMMITMENTS

CensoGroupe’s commitments to its partners

CensoGroupe is a commercial company that supports doctors wishing to create or improve a walk-in care centre. Our commitments define what we guarantee you — and what we expect in return.

TRANSPARENCY

The basis of all support: transparency

Before any commitment, CensoGroupe undertakes to present you with clear, complete and verifiable information about the terms of our collaboration. Nothing is concealed, nothing is deferred.

Clear terms from the first contact

The terms of our support — scope of services, business model, respective responsibilities — are presented in a documented way from the first exchange. No contractual element is concealed or deferred to a later stage.

No commitment before an individual meeting

CensoGroupe asks for no commitment — contractual, financial or organisational — before an individual meeting is held. You have the time and information needed to assess our proposal in full before any decision.

A support process explained step by step

The entire journey — first contact, meeting, site visit, presentation of documents, launch support — is documented and shared with each partner. A dedicated contact remains available throughout the process.

INDEPENDENCE

CensoGroupe is not a franchisor

Our role is that of a support partner. We take no fees on your practice, we do not impose a single model, and you keep full control of your practice.

No deduction from your practice

CensoGroupe takes no fees on the procedures carried out in your centre. Our business model is based on support services defined contractually in advance — with no variable indexed to your turnover or activity volume.

Your centre stays yours

You own or run your practice. CensoGroupe acts as operational support, without taking a stake in your practising company. Your legal framework, your internal organisation and your management decisions remain under your authority.

Your centre doesn’t have to be called CensoMed

CensoGroupe supports project owners who want to join the CensoMed network, as well as doctors who want to create their own practice with our logistical and material support, without necessarily adopting the CensoMed brand. The support adapts to your project.

SUPPORT

What CensoGroupe concretely provides you

Whether you want to open a new centre or improve an existing one, CensoGroupe mobilises its partner network and operational resources to save you time at every step.

01

Logistical and material support

Selection and set-up of the technical facilities, equipment choices, relationships with suppliers and PSDM (home healthcare and medical equipment providers): CensoGroupe supports you in building your centre’s operational foundation, step by step.

02

Network of partners and providers

CensoGroupe maintains established relationships with a network of operational partners — radiology, laboratory, landlords, IT providers, medical equipment suppliers — which we mobilise according to your project. You benefit from negotiated terms and contacts already identified.

03

Opening or improving — two support modes

Are you creating a centre from scratch or looking to structure an existing one? CensoGroupe helps in both cases. Whether for setting up technical facilities, formalising your internal organisation or the practice framework for doctors, we adapt our support to your starting situation.

PARTNER STANDARDS

What our partners commit to respecting

The relationship with CensoGroupe is based on reciprocal commitments. Our partners commit to respecting a defined framework, a condition of the network’s consistency and quality.

Technical facilities: a non-negotiable foundation

The technical facilities are the central differentiating element of a walk-in care centre. CensoGroupe defines with each partner the expected level of equipment — suited to minor trauma and routine unscheduled general-medicine procedures — and ensures this foundation is in place before opening.

The doctors’ practice framework

Each partner centre commits to offering the doctors who practise there a clear framework: remuneration terms, organisation of opening slots, access to equipment. This framework, defined in advance with CensoGroupe, is communicated to doctors from the first contact — unambiguously.

A partnership relationship, not subordination

CensoGroupe partners are neither franchisees nor subsidiaries. They commit to respecting the network’s standards in a spirit of collective consistency, while keeping their management autonomy. The partner charter formalises this balance.
