CensoGroupe support adapts to the doctor’s project. Brand or not, the structuring approach stays the same.

Option 1

Open a CensoMed centre

You join the Censomed network with its brand, its quality charter and the full CensoGroupe support system: structural support, defined technical facilities, a network of partners and practitioners.

Option 2

Create your centre with CensoGroupe’s backing

You want to create your own practice without adopting the CensoMed brand. CensoGroupe supports you all the same: logistical, material, technical, legal and administrative support.

Independent practice

CensoGroupe is not a franchisor and takes no stake in the centres.

Each centre is a legally and financially independent practice, led by the doctor. CensoGroupe acts as a support partner, without taking shares or royalties.

What CensoGroupe brings

Comprehensive support — structural, logistical, legal, material — so the doctor can focus on practising.

Structural & legal support

Support from a chartered accountant and a lawyer specialising in healthcare: choice of legal structure, financial structuring, professional-body and regulatory procedures. Each project is handled in compliance with the applicable framework.

Technical facilities

Definition and set-up of the technical facilities suited to the project. This is the differentiating foundation of each centre — CensoGroupe structures this with the doctor.

Full independence of the centre and its doctors

CensoGroupe does not interfere with clinical decisions or the centre’s management. The doctor remains the sole master of their practice and their structure.

Medical decisions rest solely with the doctor, without organisational or commercial interference from CensoGroupe.

Management freedom

The doctor remains the sole decision-maker for the organisation and management of their centre. CensoGroupe provides the tools and framework — never instructions on internal operations.
